Check your email and password. If you forgot it, use the “Forgot password” feature. If the problem persists, our support team is here to help you quickly.

You can delete your account from the settings or by writing to us at support@zeeneoapp.com. Once deleted, all your data is erased from our servers.

Never without your consent. We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. If you click on a partner job offer, a tracking link may be activated for affiliate purposes, but this has no impact on you.

You can request the complete deletion of your data at any time, from your account or by simply emailing dpo@zeeneoapp.com.
