Terms of Service – Zeeneo

The purpose of these Terms is to define the conditions under which Zeeneo allows any natural person (hereinafter “the User”) to access the platform, benefit from the services offered, and use the features made available.

Registering on the platform implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms. By checking the acceptance box when creating an account, the User acknowledges having read the Terms and agrees to comply with them without reservation. If the User disagrees with all or part of the conditions set out herein, the User must not access or use the Platform.

Zeeneo is a job search assistance tool that uses artificial intelligence to provide Users with:

• An enriched candidate profile, created through a personalized questionnaire that incorporates data on experience, skills, education, location, salary expectations, and professional values;
• Intelligent matching between available job offers and the user's profile, based on multi-criteria weighting;
• Automatic generation of applications: tailored resumes, contextual cover letters, and interview guides;
• Personalized tracking of applications and weekly or daily recommendations to improve the chances of being hired;
• An intuitive management interface allowing the User to track their progress, view their generated documents, and adjust their profile.

3.1 Access plans

Free plan (free of charge): Allows the generation of 2 optimized applications per week.

Premium subscription (paid): Provides extended access to 5 optimized applications per week, as well as advanced personalization and tracking features.

Pricing, subscription terms, and cancellation conditions are available on the dedicated page of the platform.

Registration on Zeeneo is open to any natural person. Creating an account is required to access the services, whether free or paid. The User agrees to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.

No age limit is imposed. However, minors must use the Platform under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

All Zeeneo services rely on the automated analysis, using artificial intelligence algorithms, of the data provided by the User. In particular, these technologies make it possible:

• To analyze the User's profile and derive areas for improvement for the job search;
• To automatically generate personalized application documents (resume, cover letter, interview guide);
• To suggest relevant job offers through an algorithmic matching system.

The User is informed that the results produced by the artificial intelligence are generated automatically from the data provided and do not constitute individualized human advice.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Zeeneo is committed to protecting its Users' personal data. Data is collected, processed, and retained in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, fairness, transparency, proportionality, and security.

6.1 Data collected

• Personal information (last name, first name, email address, etc.)
• Professional profile information (experience, skills, education, location, salary expectations, preferences)
• Platform usage data (applications, matching, generated documents)

6.2 Purposes of processing

• Providing the services offered by Zeeneo
• Improving the relevance of applications and recommendations
• Managing User accounts
• Sending service-related communications (notifications, updates, etc.)
• Performing statistical analyses to improve the algorithms

All elements accessible on the Platform (texts, logos, images, visual identity, algorithms, databases, tools, interface, domain name, etc.) are the exclusive property of Zeeneo or its partners.

Content generated by the platform, such as resumes, cover letters, or interview guides, is made available to the User for personal, non-commercial use. Zeeneo retains the intellectual property rights over the templates, technologies, and generation methodologies.

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation without express authorization is strictly prohibited.

Zeeneo provides a technological tool to assist with job searching but cannot guarantee any result (interview, hiring, length of the search, etc.).

Zeeneo disclaims all liability in the following cases:

• Misuse of the service by the User
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the User
• Technical failure or temporary interruption of the Platform
• Malfunctions related to third-party services (partner job offers, affiliate services)

The User remains solely responsible for the decisions they make based on the information provided by Zeeneo.

Zeeneo reserves the right to suspend or delete an account, temporarily or permanently, in the following cases:

• Non-compliance with these Terms
• Abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior
• Misuse or commercial use of the service
• Violation of third-party rights or of the platform's security

The User may terminate their account at any time through their personal area or by contacting Zeeneo support.

Zeeneo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, in particular in the event of changes to the services, legislation, or company policy. The User will be informed of any modification by notification or email.

Continued use of the platform after a modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Zeeneo derives its revenue from two main sources:

• The sale of Premium subscriptions to its Users;
• Commissions earned through affiliate links embedded in partner job offers (performance-based or pay-per-click compensation).

These revenue sources allow Zeeneo to maintain a sustainable business model and invest in the continuous improvement of its services.

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, and failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of Strasbourg, unless otherwise required by mandatory legal provisions.
